At Andra Freelancing Services, we value transparency and client satisfaction. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before purchasing any services.
Digital Services Only
All services provided by Andra Freelancing Services are digital and non-physical in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, web design, virtual assistant services, data entry, research tasks, and other custom freelance services.
Because our work is customized and delivered digitally, returns are not applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been started
- The request for a refund is made within 24 hours of purchase
- There has been a failure to deliver the agreed service due to an error on our end
Once work has started or partial delivery has been made, refunds will not be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has begun
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference when the agreed scope was met
- Failure to provide required information or materials needed to complete the service
- Delays caused by lack of client communication
- Completed and delivered services
Revisions Instead of Refunds
Your satisfaction matters. If you are unhappy with the delivered work, we encourage you to request reasonable revisions based on the original project scope. Revisions are offered according to the service agreement or package selected.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after work has started are not eligible for a refund.
